Whist we plan to continue offering our services in these uncertain times there will be consequences beyond our control. For their protection I have asked our staff to work from home where possible as such this office will be closed until further notice. Our telephone system is cloud based as is our data base, parts system, website, marketing etc so we are in a fortunate position to run the company from anywhere. However, we cannot work on boats, launch, deliver or commission them without travel and contact with individuals which may increase risk of transmission. So we ask where possible to be allowed to do this without customers present to limit exposure and potential transmission of Covid19. The good news is we will be able to handle all calls and emails by calling the office number on Divert 01752 600120 and email Please do not make unnecessary trips to the office, we are unlikely to be there without a pre-arranged appointment. Furthermore, we kindly ask customers to not interrupt any staff working on boats in the yard or our display area opposite our office unless it is an emergency. All goods deliveries will need to be arranged in advance especially if the marina reception cannot receive them. There will be some disruption to our schedule so please bear with us and be patient as we do our best to cope with government restrictions and supply issues with the lock-down in Europe and expected lock-down here in coming weeks.
